Abbotsford, B.C.: Kelson Group is thrilled to have won this year’s Consumer Services Excellence Award at the 26th Annual Abbotsford Business Excellence Awards.
The Business Excellence Awards are an event hosted by the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce that celebrates the leading businesses, entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations and their contribution to the community. This year, our three Abbotsford rental apartment buildings, DeLair Court, Wellesley Manor and Wellesley Court, all highlight Kelson Group’s adherence to providing safe, clean, and attractive rental homes to residents throughout British Columbia and Alberta.

Delair Court Apartments and Wellesley Court & Manor, are Canadian Certified Rental Buildings (CCRB), meeting the quality assurance measures across 50 Best Practice Standards of property management requirements. At Delair Court, the newly re-constructed apartments opening in December 2022 offer high-end finishes and provide residents with secure intercom entry, underground parking, decorated common areas and are wheelchair accessible.
