Callingwood on 170th Amenity Centre & Elevators

Edmonton, Alberta

At Kelson Group, we provide apartments to help you live better and we believe this includes looking at the long-term vision of the complex to best determine its unique potential. When purchasing Callingwood on 170th apartments 7 years ago, we recognized the opportunity to improve the lives of our residents with the addition of a centralized amenity centre connecting buildings A and B all residents could access and enjoy. The new amenity building would include 2 elevators, 2 common area amenity spaces with a fitness studio, a new rental office and maintenance shop. Residents of buildings C and D would have access to the shared space and would also receive new elevators during the construction phase.  


We are excited to announce we are moving forward with this plan. Construction began in June and is expected to take 10-12 months to complete. It is our hope the new addition will improve the quality of life for our residents, adding convenience and additional mobility and accessibility for all residents.
