"Starting a new job amidst a pandemic brought a huge challenge not only on the job itself-with its new protocols but also the norm of starting a new job-orientation, training, etc. Despite the above mentioned challenges, I have to say that the willingness and availability of everyone in the company I called/emailed for help are commendable. Colleagues are ready to virtually walk-me-through, eager to share information that I need and are understanding while I am in the learning process. The exceptional teamwork in the company is explicit.
Kelson Group Property Management with its team of leaders is a matchless company that operates by its mission and vision. It remains true to its core values and for that, I pride myself as a part of the company."

"I currently am in Kamloops but have also had the pleasure of managing in Edmonton and Langley. I enjoy working for Kelson Group because of the flexibility and the different people I get to encounter every day. The job is fast paced but there is a lot of support offered through upper management and other building managers. The residents are interesting and there is always something new to learn and accomplish."
