Completed Exterior Upgrades at Jason Adam Manor in Kamloops

Kelson Group has completed a series of exterior upgrades at its Jason Adam property in Kamloops, giving the building a fresh look while improving comfort for residents.
Completed in August 2026, the project included replacing original windows, adding exterior insulation, installing new Hardie Plank siding, and upgrading decks, railings, and canopies.
Built in 1965, Jason Adam still had several of its original exterior features, including metal-framed windows. Over time, balcony tiles had begun separating from the siding, while sections of stucco were showing signs of buckling.
To address these concerns, Kelson Group installed new windows and added one inch of insulation beneath the updated siding. Decks and railings were also reinforced, along with the canopies on the upper decks.
These changes help maintain the building's condition and extend the usefulness of its exterior components.
The new windows and added insulation help reduce noise from the busy street and may contribute to lower heating and cooling costs throughout the year.
The building's updated colour palette has also attracted attention, particularly its distinctive red exterior. During construction, the contractor was regularly asked about the name of the shade.
The refreshed appearance complements the ongoing improvements and new developments taking place along Tranquille Road and throughout Kamloops' North Shore.
The Jason Adam project reflects Kelson Group's continued focus on helping you live better and caring for their established buildings while adapting to changing property needs.
For residents, the result is a more comfortable home with a modern exterior they can feel proud of. It is a practical example of how ongoing property investment can benefit both residents and the surrounding neighbourhood.
