Kelson Group Property Management (Kelson Group) is celebrating the completion of Foothills Crossing, a three-building, 199-suite rental community that represents the company’s continued investment in Prince George and contribution to the city’s growing rental housing supply.

Kelson Group officially opened Foothills Crossing on September 23, 2026, marking the completion of the development at 1755 Foothills Boulevard. Community representatives, project partners, residents, and Kelson Group team members gathered for an opening led by Lheidli T’enneh Elder, Margaret Flemeau, followed by remarks from Kelson Group leadership.

“Prince George has been an important community for our company for many years, and we are proud to continue investing here,” said Jason Fawcett, President of Kelson Group. “Completing Foothills Crossing is an exciting milestone for our team because it means 199 new rental homes are now part of this community for people who want to call Prince George home.”

Foothills Crossing includes a range of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom rental homes across three buildings. The development was designed to provide modern rental housing with convenient access to shopping, parks, schools, public transit, and other community amenities. Residents also have access to features including a gym, shared amenity space, secure underground parking, keyless entry, and in-suite laundry.

The completion of Foothills Crossing builds on Kelson Group’s long-standing presence in Prince George, where the company provides over 800 residential rental suites throughout its portfolio of  12 buildings and continues to invest in the community.

Fawcett said the completion of the project is particularly meaningful as Kelson Group looks toward the long-term role its properties play within the communities it serves.
