Kelson Group is a finalist in two categories of the Keystone Awards, hosted by the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA) Central Interior, and in one category for the Okanagan Housing awards, hosted by CHBA Central Okanagan.

"This is the first year we have submitted a nomination to any of these award categories, and we are honoured to be chosen as finalists. We believe these nominations reflect the high value we place on creating high-quality and affordable apartments for our residents, supported by a team of dedicated staff who share these values."

CHBA Central Interior Keystone Awards are comprised of 23 categories which "allow companies to showcase the unique aspect of their recently completed builds, renovation projects, campaigns, and more," states the CHBACI website. "Finalists of each category were judged by experienced, well-respected and award-winning professionals from across the country."

Kelson Group is a finalist in two Keystone Award categories with both nominations relating to the Peterson Landing project. They are nominated for Best Multi-Family Low Rise Development, along with project partners Redekop Development Corporation, and Keystone Architecture & Planning Ltd., and for Best Marketing Project for the Peterson Landing website with project partner Results Repeat. The Keystone Awards Gala is set to take place February 1, 2020 at the TRU Grand Hall.

Peterson Landing is also a finalist in the Okanagan Housing Awards, hosted by CHBA Central Okanagan (CHBACO) for Excellence in Creating a Low-Rise Multi-Family Development. The CHBACO website states "these awards showcase the vision, talent and commitment of these outstanding companies in the building of our communities." The Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence Gala will be held in Kelowna at the Delta Grand Hotel & Conference Centre on January 25, 2020.

"To us, being a finalist is already a win as it recognizes the dedication to excellence of our teams," said Fawcett.
