Celebrating our Staff throughout 50 Years of Operations

At Kelson Group, we are committed to providing safe, clean, and attractive rental homes throughout Western Canada. Our journey began half a century ago, and as we celebrate our 50th anniversary this year, we reflect not only on our accomplishments but also on the invaluable contributions of our dedicated employees.
As our portfolio expanded over the years, so did our staffing. From more humble beginnings, we have now grown into a team of 125 employees, comprising Head Office Support Staff, Building Managers, Property Managers, as well as Maintenance, Cleaning, and Renovation team members. These individuals are the backbone of our company, working tirelessly to uphold our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our day-to-day operations.
In the last decade alone, we have welcomed over 70 new members to our team, offering them the opportunity to advance their careers and fostering opportunities for their personal and professional growth. We also take immense pride in the longevity of our employees’ service and dedication to our company, with one employee from Kamloops who is marking an impressive 46 years with us.
