Building Manager
A stone's throw from a busy shopping area and intersection on Kamloops North Shore, and tucked away within a treed and landscaped area that is removed from the traffic, Jason Adam Manor is the perfect 55+ adults-only rental apartment location for those looking to be close to services and amenities without the 'busy street' feel.
One, two and three bedroom apartment suites make up the Jason Adam Manor, each with a spacious floor plan, clean cabinetry and mixed flooring including carpet and vinyl. All suites have individual thermostats, air conditioning and a balcony, and come with window coverings. Apartments are also Internet and cable ready.
The building, with elevators, has on-site staff, laundry and storage facilities, visitor parking and is close to public transit. Residents may enjoy walking to the nearby Fortune Shopping Centre, which is just minutes away, while a new North Shore library location is also a couple of blocks away.
There are also numerous dental and medical offices in the vicinity, along with services such as financial and banking, grocery shopping and many cafes and restaurants. The building is within close proximity to McArthur Island Park where residents will find wide walking paths and pretty scenery. Testimonials
We moved out because my husband finished his education and we are going back to Japan. We really appreciate that building manager Dorothy and maintenance guy Paul helped us kindly. When we have a chance to come back to Canada, we'd like to rent your apartment again

I lived at Hartley Manor, (in) Prince George for 2 years. We got our own house so we had to move out. My family and I really enjoyed our time at Hartley Manor in Prince George, BC. It was wonderful to live in such a clean building, unit & grounds that were well maintained & cared for. Carl and Davene were excellent Managers that responded quickly to any concerns we had.

Debra Evans the current manager is doing an excellent job as did Bill and Julia before her. They have all been very approachable and accommodating. The grounds are always well looked after as are the apartments. Terry was in one of the newly remodeled suites which we found very nice. We would definitely stay in one of your properties again and would highly recommend to others.

We have been through a few owners and management. And I would have to say Kelson Group is by far the best on seeing that everything gets done from maintenance issues to problem tenants in a very professional manner. It is very comforting to know that Kelson Group really cares about our safety. I do not see us moving anytime soon.

Kelson Group is very lucky to have Rhonda as employee, she can take charge of any issues.
