Dear Resident,

 

At Kelson Group, we value our resident's feedback. Between now and October 15, 2021 we are making our Resident Survey available, which gives you the chance to tell us how we could further improve our customer service and your building.

 

Results from previous surveys have made it possible for our company to focus on top concerns and suggestions at each of our buildings, and managers, and staff have worked hard toward these.

 

To support this continual process of improvement and help us measure our efforts we are asking you to participate in the survey, which takes about 5-10 minutes to complete online*.

 

To show our appreciation for your participation, we will draw three winners out of the completed survey entries from all our buildings. The lucky winners will be announced October 25, 2021 and will receive one month of free rent for November 2021. Residents who have an email address on file with us will also receive this information in an email. Only 1 submission per resident please.

* If you prefer, a paper survey can be provided to you. Please contact your building manager directly for this copy. Once completed, you may return it to the building manager who will forward it to us or you may mail it to us directly at the address below. 

 

The survey must be filled out and received by us no later than October 15, 2021, to be considered for the free rent prize.
