As the provinces across Canada roll out their re-start plans, we want to provide you, our residents in B.C. and Alberta, with information on the steps we are taking to continuously improve the safety of our residents and employees.
We've seen how important it is for all of us to take action and be prepared to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus. With this in mind, we encourage you to keep up-to-date and follow all Government of Canada and Provincial Government recommendations.

UPDATE: : Our staff works hard to help our residents live better, and our maintenance crews are on-site keeping multiple buildings functioning. As we move to phase 3 of re-opening our maintenance team is now addressing regular repairs and maintenance.
Most maintenance calls are primarily related to plumbing issues, a service essential to all our residents. Just imagine what self isolation or quarantine would be like without functioning water and sewer! The good news is you can help reduce the number of emergency calls to our maintenance team by following a few preventative tips to keep your building's plumbing working efficiently as it should.
