COVID-19 Information to Residents

RESIDENT INFORMATION - COVID-19

UPDATE: February 15, 2021

Please note due to the most current restrictions and orders from the Provincial Governments, our BC and Alberta properties can expect limited maintenance as we work to reduce contact for our employees during these Covid-19 times. Please continue to submit your maintenance requests on-line and we will address them within provincial guidelines. In addition, masks are now required in all public indoor settings including common areas of apartment buildings.  No social gatherings of any size are allowed with anyone other than your household or core bubble.  Deliveries should be met at the front door of your building.

Your safety is our priority, and we ask for your patience at this time. Our staff works hard to help our residents live better, and our maintenance crews are on-site keeping multiple buildings functioning.

As the provinces across Canada roll out their re-start plans, we want to provide you, our residents in B.C. and Alberta, with information on the steps we are taking to continuously improve the safety of our residents and employees.

We've seen how important it is for all of us to take action and be prepared to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus. With this in mind, we encourage you to keep up-to-date and follow all Government of Canada and Provincial Government recommendations.

We will post information and updates to this page as needed.

Maintenance Tips

UPDATE: November 25, 2020
Please note due to the most current restrictions from the BC and Alberta provincial governments, our properties will only be addressing limited maintenance calls at this time. Your safety is our priority and we ask for your patience at this time. Our staff works hard to help our residents live better, and our maintenance crews are on-site keeping multiple buildings functioning.

Most maintenance calls are primarily related to plumbing issues, a service essential to all our residents. Just imagine what self isolation or quarantine would be like without functioning water and sewer! The good news is you can help reduce the number of emergency calls to our maintenance team by following a few preventative tips to keep your building's plumbing working efficiently as it should.

Below are a few how-to tips and tutorials we wanted to share with you.
