With the potential of COVID-19 to more likely become present in our communities we are wanting to provide you with information about the steps we are taking to improve the safety of our residents and employees. 

While the risk is low in the area you currently live it is important for all of us to take actions and be prepared to help reduce the spread of this coronavirus named COVID-19.  With this in mind, we encourage you to keep up-to-date and follow all Government of Canada recommendations.

Kelson Group Rental Assistance Program | Application:Click Here
If you are not able to pay your rent in full by April 1, our Rental Assistance Program is for residents facing prolonged financial hardship due to illness and/or income loss. The program will provide residents housing security as they wait for government support and is available for residents who apply and qualify. Application forms are available online here or by filling out the paper form that has been delivered and submitting to your building's office.
