I would say I was happy with overall running of the building and management.  I feel that if all your tenants were treated as I was, I would recommend Kelson Group as a good rental company to anyone who asked me.  Say hi to Carl for me, he is tops in my books.

Everything was pretty good overall - I do want to mention that Carl (and Rob!) at Riverside Gardens was definitely a great Landlord.  They were very personable and are very easy going guys that cared very much about the building - Carl addressed any concerns (not that I have much at all) that I had and kept me up to date consistently.  I will miss them both as we created a solid Landlord/Tenant friendship.  Thanks again for the opportunity to experience the Kelson Group experience!
