Heatheridge Estates

Kelson Group Management and Staff continue to assist the residents of Heatheridge Estates displaced by the January 19 fire.

To date, 50 of the 82 displaced residents have been provided funds (damage deposits and January rent reimbursement) from Kelson Group to assist with relocation and replacement of personal necessities.
 

Heatheridge Estates residents who have not collected these funds may do so at the Heatheridge Estates Office at 2000 Saddleback Road or at the All Resident’s Meeting listed below

Notice of Resident’s Meeting – Monday January 23

All residents are invited to attend an All Residents meeting on Monday, January 23rd. 

Representatives from the Canadian Red Cross and Alberta Works (the provincial government agency taking over for the Red Cross) will discuss the services and supports that will continue to be made available to displaced residents.

Kelson Group Management and the company’s insurance adjustor will also be present to share additional information and answer questions.
