About Kelson Group
Kelson Group owns and manages residential and commercial real estate in British Columbia and Alberta. Our primary focus is residential apartments with over 45 properties located in Kamloops, Prince George, Abbotsford and Kelowna, British Columbia and Edmonton, Leduc, Sherwood Park and Grande Prairie, Alberta. We also own four commercial properties in downtown Kamloops which we proudly call home.
We are members of the Rental Owners and Managers Society of BC (ROMS BC) and Edmonton Apartment Association (EAA). Our charity of choice is the United Way - Jason Fawcett, General Manager of Kelson Group is also a board member for the Kamloops chapter.
Our main goal is to provide quality apartment living at a reasonable cost to our valued residents. We are a family owned company that started with our first property in 1974 and have established a long-term vision to maintain and hold our properties long into the future. We believe in maintaining our properties to a high level and keeping customer service a priority.
